On 17 and 18 March 2023, the 3rd International Congress of theatrical Anthropology will be held in Greece (https://www.theaterst.upatras.gr/?page_id=11934), organized by the workshop of stage act and speech of the Department of theatre studies of the University of Patras with co-organizers the center of theatrical Anthropology (Heraklion, Crete), the Fondazione Barba Varley and the Museum of Science and Technology of the University of Patras. The event is held under the auspices and support of the Institute of Denmark, the region of western Greece and the Research Committee of the University of Patras and will take place in the premises of the Museum of Science and Technology University of Patras, the old slaughterhouses (KEDIP) and the dance school Dansarte. The aim of the conference is to get acquainted with the theory and practice of theatrical / performance art through the long-term activities of the International School of theatrical Anthropology and Odin Theatre. The conference will be honored by the University of Patras actress Roberta Carreri ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oxBuFR9pgvA) e's ideal performer.Barba at Odin theatre, teacher and director, who will also give a master class on her personal research from 1974 to the present.
