The Mystery 107 Persephone,, with music composition by Dimitris Marangopoulos and concept, libretto, and direction by  Elli Papakonstantinou, after its sold-out premiere at the Megaron Athens Concert Hall,, is coming to the cultural venue Cine Elefsis for two unique performances, on February 24th and 25th.

The work explores the boundaries between contemporary opera and theater, offering the audience a poetic narrative in a visual environment where live video and opera interact and enrich each other in what the director calls cinematic /strong> opera. The roles are performed by Savina Giannatou, Alkiviadis Konstantopoulos, Anna-Anastasia Smerou, and  Ilya  Algaer. Musical direction is by Dimitris Ktistakis..
