The 100% Hotel Show will dedicate the last day of this year's event, Monday 20 November, to the presentation of new trends for independent accommodation, presenting Design Trends, sales methods and specialised technologies for villas and luxury apartments.

Now providing a wide range of solutions, both in terms of equipment and decoration and in terms of sales and promotion management, the 100% Hotel Show presents a complete solution for villa and luxury apartment owners,, by organising a full-day programme of specialised educational workshops on the last day of this year's exhibition.

With major villa companies also exhibiting at the 100% Hotel Show 2023, on Monday 20 November, the biggest trends  in design and equipment  that should characterize the new generation of villas will be presented for the first time, while explaining how they affect the experience and demand.
