INFO

The Centre for Mediterranean Architecture (C.A.M.), founded in 1996 by the Municipality of Chania and housed since 2002 in the Great Arsenal in the Old Port of Chania.

The aim of the C.A.M., from the first formulation of its programme, is to undertake various activities and events that focus the public's interest on the problems of space management and architecture, the art directly related to it.

The Centre for Mediterranean Architecture is particularly interested in promoting those characteristics of architecture that represent what we might consider to be the expression of its "Mediterranean identity" and that result from the specificity of space management in Mediterranean countries.
