RUSSIAN ΒARRACKS | KEPEDICH-CAM CRETE INFO Roof for highlighting the tradition It is a parodonic ground floor of a stone-built, tile-roofed building with dimensions of 14.50×6.70 located on the Western Embankment of the Venetian Fortifications with an area of approximately 100 m² with an external surrounding area. This building was part of the Russian Barracks at the end of the 19th century, when the Foreign Powers were based in Crete. The building has been restored to become a Centre for the Revival of Traditional Professions. It hosts cultural and educational activities related to the Tradition of our land and provides accommodation to institutions and associations for the preservation of Tradition.
