The 100% Hotel Show, since its first edition, has been closely linked to both the Renovation and the Building of Hotels, attracting both New Investors in the Hospitality sector and Hoteliers who intend to renovate their Unit. This is not surprising, as Architecture and Design have been a key pillar of the Exhibition over time, resulting in systematically comprehensive information, from the Study and Design of Hotels to the Materials to be used, and consequently the final Construction result.

The "Build-Renovate Hotel" campaign aims to be a systematic channel of communication between Companies and Hoteliers, creating new conditions for Hotel Development.

Objectives of the special campaign "Build-Renovate Hotel":

1. Interactive communication with the hotel market, and feedback regarding the needs of hoteliers and investors for the construction and renovation of a hotel.

2. The research, evaluation and presentation of companies, materials and products, with characteristics of innovation and usability, that respond to the recorded needs for the construction and renovation of hospitality spaces.

How the 'Build-Renovate Hotel' campaign works

• Through a wide range of communications, the 100% Hotel Show's dedicated visitor section seeks out and records specific market questions and needs in relation to Hotel Construction and Renovation.
• The Show then researches for available solutions that meet these needs, either among the companies already participating or by looking for new companies with innovative solutions, and presents them in particular ways.

How the "Build-Renovate Hotel" campaign will be integrated into the 100% Hotel Show 2022

The special Visitor section of the Exhibition brings together the Companies and Solutions that meet the registered needs of Hoteliers, and provides personalized information to the Visitors of the 100% Hotel Show 2022, also organizing personal appointments between Exhibitors and Visitors during the Exhibition.

At the same time:

• In the special "Architect Zone", visitors to the Exhibition will have the opportunity to get in touch with a wide range of architectural proposals and design philosophies, in terms of the Study and Design of Hospitality Spaces.
• In the "Architecture-Build-Materials" section, selected companies with Building Materials, as well as Construction Companies, will present Solutions for the construction implementation of ongoing or planned Hotel Projects.
• In the special areas entitled "Cutting Edge Materials", Hoteliers, as well as Architects, will have the opportunity to meet a concentration of innovative materials and "cutting edge" products, concerning the construction and design of hotels.
• As the concept of "Building-Renovating Hotel" is not limited to the construction part, the special section "Interior & Exterior Design" will provide an excellent set of ideas and solutions for the design of interiors and exteriors, as well as for decoration (services and materials).
• The special "Art & Design Gallery" will add a special, premium "touch" to the Construction-Renovation theme, with Art & Design proposals to enhance the experience, and the overall image, of luxury accommodation and villas.
