The facilities of the AKSS Foundation near the traditional settlement of Spetses and the unique pine forest of the foundation – which covers about half of the island and ensures its sustainable development – played a key role in the activities of AKSS. during the period of operation of the School and its boarding school (1928-1983) and during the period that followed.

Indeed, with gradual upgrades, the facilities have become a magnet for national and international educational and research activities. In addition, the facilities – and in particular the 1100-seat outdoor theater on the adjacent property hill of the Foundation have hosted important cultural activities.

Κτήριο A’

Building A is the main building of the complex, also known as the Teaching House. It has an area of approximately 1,140sq.m. on the two floors and approximately 1,335sq.m. on the ground floor. On the ground floor, there is an elongated Amphitheatre,130 sq.m. with a capacity of 150 people, suitably equipped to meet the requirements of modern conferences, seminars and summer schools. The interior of the Amphitheatre, the audiovisual techniques and the services provided, define it as one of the most remarkable centres that organise scientific and educational activities in Greece. There are also two medium-sized halls (77 sq.m. and 65 sq.m. each).

In particular, on the first floor, there are:

Three large rooms (one was a library), 77 m² to 65 m² each.
Five medium sized rooms of 56 sq. m. to 45 sq. m. The five rooms were used for the construction of the building.
Four offices ~ 25-30 sq m each.
Two small offices ~ 16 sqm each. plus toilets.

A small physics auditorium, 65 sq. m. and 30 seats.
The Plenary Hall 144 sq. m.
A very large classroom of 88 m2.
Two large classrooms, 77 m2, and 65 m2 respectively.
Three medium-size rooms 56 m2 to 45 m2
A fully equipped Chemistry Laboratory 47 m².

Building C'

On the ground floor of building C, the visitor finds an autonomous Entertainment Room, with satellite TV and piano, as well as various board games, which offer hours of creative activity for visitors during their free time. In building C of the School complex, the visitor can also find two exhibition rooms, dedicated to the founder of the Anargyrios and Korgialeneos School of Spetses, Sotirios Anargyros, whose personal piano adorns another room on the same floor, called "Europe", with a capacity of 70-80 people, which is available for hosting various events. On the ground floor,there is the Library of the then-expatriate students of the School and the large historical library of Anargyroi, which has a collection of 5,500 books of old editions.
